1. Who we are

Decifile is owned and operated by Odylabs Consultancy Private Limited (“OCPL”, “we”, “us”). Decifile provides software that reads Meta advertising performance data and explains it in plain language. Contact us at privacy@decifile.com.

2. What we collect

Account details: your name, email address and the Meta profile identifier you sign in with.
Ad account data you connect: account, campaign, ad set and ad names, and performance figures such as spend, impressions, clicks, leads, purchases, frequency and tracking status. We use read-only access.
Usage data: pages visited, settings chosen and basic device information.
Billing data: handled by our payment provider, Razorpay, which handles UPI, card and net banking payments. We do not store your card or UPI details. We do not store card numbers.

3. How we use it

To show insights, alerts and reports for your ad accounts.
To send emails and reports you have asked for.
To keep the service secure and improve it.

4. Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers that help us run Decifile, such as hosting, email delivery, payments and AI model providers that turn calculated figures into written summaries. We do not sell your data and we do not share one customer’s data with another.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep synced ad data while your account is active. You can disconnect an ad account or delete your data at any time from Settings. See how to delete your data.

6. Security

Access tokens are stored encrypted and data is transmitted over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you if a breach affects you.

7. Your rights

Under applicable law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask to access, correct or erase your personal data. Email privacy@decifile.com.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and optional analytics cookies, which you can decline.

9. Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way we will tell you by email or in the app.
