Data deletion

Delete your data any time.

You are in control of the data Decifile holds about you and your ad accounts.

Option 1: Delete from inside Decifile

  1. Sign in to Decifile.
  2. Open Settings, then Privacy and data.
  3. Choose Delete my data and confirm.

This disconnects your ad accounts, removes synced campaign data and reports, and closes your account.

Option 2: Remove Decifile from your Meta account

In your Meta account settings, open the list of connected apps and remove Decifile. This revokes our access immediately. To also remove data we already synced, use option 1 or option 3.

Option 3: Ask us to delete it

Email privacy@decifile.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my data”. We will confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • Your profile and sign-in details.
  • Synced ad account, campaign, ad set and ad data.
  • Generated insights, alerts and reports.

We may keep billing records where the law requires it.
