1. Agreement and who we are
Decifile is a product owned and operated by Odylabs Consultancy Private Limited (“OCPL”, “we”). By creating an account or using Decifile you agree to these terms with OCPL.
2. The service
Decifile reads advertising performance data from accounts you connect and presents summaries, alerts and reports. Decifile does not edit your ads or spend your budget.
3. Your account
You must have the right to connect each ad account you add. Keep your login details secure and tell us if you suspect misuse.
4. Plans and billing
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Paid plans renew each month or year until cancelled. Prices are shown in INR and exclude GST. You can cancel at any time and your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not connect accounts you are not authorised to access.
- Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.
- Follow the terms of Meta and any other platform you connect.
6. No guarantee of results
Insights and suggestions are based on the data available and are for guidance only. Advertising results depend on many factors outside our control, and decisions about your ads are yours.
7. Third-party platforms
Decifile relies on Meta’s platform. Changes to Meta’s systems or policies may affect what Decifile can show. Decifile is not sponsored, endorsed by or affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc. Meta, Facebook and Instagram are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [city to be confirmed] have jurisdiction.
