How do I connect my first ad account?
Open Ad accounts, choose Connect ad account and sign in with Facebook. Decifile asks for read-only permission, so it can see performance data but cannot change ads or budgets.
How long before I see my numbers?
The first sync usually takes a few minutes for the last 30 days. Meta can update some numbers for up to 24 hours, so very recent days may change.
What does “money at risk” mean?
It is an estimate of extra spend in the last 7 days compared with the 7 days before. It is a guide, not a bill. Open How we got this under any insight to see the numbers.
Why does Decifile say my results may be under-reported?
The Pixel or Conversions API may have stopped sending events such as Purchase or Lead. Open Tracking health and use the How to fix this steps on the failed check.
Why do Meta and my sales numbers not match?
Attribution window, day of counting, browser blockers and offline sales explain most gaps. A 10 to 20% gap is common. A much larger one usually means broken tracking.
What is Conversions API?
It sends the same events as the Pixel, but from your server, so ad blockers cannot hide them. Use both together with the same event ID.
How do I send a weekly report to a client?
Go to Reports, choose Create report, pick Client and the period. Open it and use Download PDF or WhatsApp. Hindi summary is available in the language menu.
Can I add my own logo to reports?
Yes, on the Agency plan. Open any report and choose Add your logo.
How do payments work?
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. You can pay with UPI, cards, net banking or wallets. Decifile never sees or stores your card details.
Will I get a GST invoice?
Yes. Add your GSTIN under Plan and billing and every invoice will carry it. Invoices are emailed after each payment and listed on the billing page.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
Open Plan and billing and choose Change plan or Cancel plan. Cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
My Meta connection expired. What do I do?
Open Ad accounts and choose Reconnect. This happens after a Facebook password change or when access is removed. Your history is kept.
How do I delete my data?
Go to Settings, Data and privacy. You can delete one ad account or the whole workspace.
